BLOTTER: Home's Window Shattered; Thefts

The following information was supplied by the Johns Creek Police Department.

Criminal Damage to Property

On July 16 a resident on Oxborough Way reported that someone threw two large rocks at the front door of his home, shattering the glass on a side panel window. The man told police that just before he called 911, he heard two loud noises outside. When he stepped outside to check out the noise, he discovered the damage to the window and two large rocks on the ground. The rocks had been taken from his front yard. The resident told the police officer that he saw two subjects walking in the road just after the incident.

On July 17 a customer at on Jones Bridge Road reported that she had her wallet with her when she went into the store but found it missing when she went to check out. The manager at Goodwill reviewed surveillance footage but found no video of the theft. The woman said that three of her checks had been used to make purchases at Macy's and WalMart.

On July 17 an employee at a business on Hospital Parkway reported that she had left her wallet in her lunch bag under her desk, and that when she was getting ready to leave for the day she found it missing. She said that the back door of the business is left unsecured during the day and that someone could have come into her office while she was not at her desk.

On July 20 copper tubing from air conditioner units outside a business on Medlock Bridge Parkway were reported stolen.
