A witness told the officer that one of the men pushed the other out of the apartment, removed his shirt and attempted to get his roommate (his cousin) to fight him. Another witness stated that the man pushed out of the apartment told his roommate he was going to kill him, and that he made this threat as his belongings were being thrown out.

Based on witness statements and utterances made by the two subjects while the officer was on the scene, he placed one of the men under arrest for terroristic threats and the other under arrest for simple battery. Both men, ages 19, were transported to the Alpharetta jail annex.
