The following information was supplied by the Johns Creek Police Department.

Aggravated Assault

On Oct. 16 Johns Creek Police officers responded to "shots fired" calls to an address on Cinnabar Drive. An officer saw a male standing in the back yard and detained him. Officers established a perimeter around the house and made contact with a man inside, who was told to step outside and complied. He was also detained, and officers determined no one else was inside the home. The two men are brothers. Officers brought the one who was found outside to the police department to be interviewed.
