Chattahoochee High School Freshman Football Player Chase Nelson, has recently lost his father unexpectedly due to a heart condition.  The Alpharetta/Johns Creek community have joined forces to plan a fundraiser in support of the Nelson family.

Join us at the Chattahoochee High School Football Stadium on Sunday, May 15th 11:00am - 6:00pm for a fun and exciting day of COED Flag Football!  Gather 7-10 of your most energetic, fun friends to form a team.  Create a cool team name, select a Captain, and come out for a day of rip-roaring competition.  Participation fee is $10 for each person on your team.  If you are under the age of 18, you must have an adult sponsor who will be your team contact, and will also be responsible for submitting your registration form along with the fee.  There will be 3 categories of teams which can be formed: Middle School, High School and Adults.  Yes..you Dads can dust off your old football jerseys and head out to the field for a chance to show your kids you still have it.  The deadline for registration is Wednesday, May 11, 2011.  **REQUEST REGISTRATION FORMS AT: PNMEMORIALFUND@AOL.COM**

Bring your families and friends to cheer your teams on to victory!  Entry fee for spectators is a minimum donation of $10 for adults, $5 for students and children under 5 years of age are admitted at no charge.  There will be food, music, raffles, and silent auction items. Former NFL football players will take part of this fun event.  There will be a limited number of teams accepted, so hurry and send in your registration forms today!!  We look forward to seeing you all at The Patrick Nelson Flag Football Follies!!
