Perimeter Church To Host "The Case for Easter" National Simulcast April 6th

Lee Strobel, former investigative reporter/legal editor for the Chicago Tribune will lead a national simulcast “The Case for Easter” on April 6th at 7 p.m. hosted at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek. Admission is free, and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Strobel who once described himself as a “a hard-nosed skeptic” will be joined by apologist/best-selling author The Questions Christians Hope No One Will Ask, Mark Mittelberg and Dr. Michael Licona, Atlanta resident/professor/author/editor of six books including The Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Together, these distinct voices assure a lively, knowledgeable approach to the historical evidence for-and against-the resurrection (the very cornerstone of Christianity) and the startling findings that led Strobel from atheism to belief. Questions promise to be presented in a hard-hitting journalistic style and, no doubt, followed by energetic discussion.

As the Easter season arrives in April this year with Palm Sunday (April 13), Good Friday (April18) and Easter Sunday (April 20), "The Case For Easter" is a community presentation for all who are curious about the historical details of Easter and the tough questions surrounding the mystery of the resurrection: Was Jesus' death was a "sham" and Jesus' resurrection a hoax? What evidence is there of Jesus' body absent from the tomb? Was Jesus was really seen alive after his death on the cross?

Perimeter Church is located at 9500 Medlock Bridge Road, Johns Creek, GA 30097, at the corner of Hwy. 141 and Old Alabama Road. For directions or to view a video announcement from Lee Strobel visit: www.Perimeter.org/Easter.
