Consideration to approve the bide award to Headley Construction in the amount of $808,000 for the Newtown Park Pavilion project.
Consideration of a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Legal Department to provide funds for the Intergovernmental Agreement Settlement entered into with Fulton County in the amount of $185,000.
