Johns Creek City Council Meeting

The Johns Creek City Council has scheduled a meeting for Monday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. to take place in the City Hall Council Chambers.

On the agenda:

Public Hearing on an ordinance to amend the Zoning Map, of the 11300 block of Technology Circle to allow a 105-lot single family detached residential subdivision.

Public Hearing on an ordinance to amend the Zoning map of the 3200 block of Old Alabama Road to allow Body-N-Balance a physical training, exercise training, spa service ... and allow a 15-foot parking encroachment in a 40-foot front landscape stripe.

Public Hearing on an ordinance to amend the Zoning Map of the 6300-6400 block of Hospital Parkway to allow a mixed use development with 250 multi-family units, 1,800 square feet of restaurant space and 3,000 square feet of office space.

Consider approving the bid award for the Jones Bridge-Barnwell Road (Preservation Oaks) sidewalk project in the amount of $337,659.10

Consider approving the bid award for the subdivision paving project at the Gates of Johns Creek and the Prestwick subdivision in the amount of $377,074.22

Consider authorizing of engagement letter for audit services to Mauldin & Jenkins

Consider appoving the allocation of the Arts Grant Funding to the Johns Creek Symphony in the amount of $9,000 and to the Johns Creek Art Center in the amount of $13,415.
