Polling Locations for Johns Creek Elections

Included sample ballot, ID requirements. Polls open Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 5, is election day in Johns Creek.

There are 19 polling places in the city. If you're unsure which polling place to go to cast your vote, visit the Georgia Secretary of State's website

Voters should bring one of six forms of photo identification.

  • A Georgia driver's license, even if expired.
  • Any valid state or federal government issued photo ID, including a free Voter ID Card issued by your county registrar or Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS).
  • Valid U.S. passport.
  • Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority, or other entity of this state.
  • Valid U.S. military photo ID.
  • Valid tribal photo ID.
