Bob Gray, Steve Broadbent Win Johns Creek Council Seats

Bob Gray will serve Post 4 residents while Steve Broadbent will represent Post 6 constituents on the Johns Creek City Council.

Two new faces will join the Johns Creek City Council.

Resident Bob Gray has been elected to the Post 4 seat while Post 6 voters have chosen fellow challenger Steve Broadbent to represent them.

Both candidates were elected in the July 22 general primary runoff.

Unofficial results show Gray defeated challenger Eric Fragoso with 58 percent, or 2,900 votes in the Post 4 race. Fragoso garnered 42 percent, or 2,134 votes.

For Post 6, Broadbent edged out challenger Nancy Reinecke with 66 percent, or 3,346 votes. Reinecke received 34 percent, or 1,713 votes in her favor.

All four candidates advanced to the runoff from the May 20 general primary.
