is looking for three men who followed two women home from the Walmart on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs and demanded money from them at gunpoint, according to the Sheriff's Facebook page.

While paying for their merchandise, a woman and her mother were watched by three black males, who waited for them to leave the store, the Facebook account says. The men followed the women to their residence.

Three suspects who allegedly broke into a Amylou Circle home, forced the family in the home to get on the floor, and eventually led local authorities on a brief chase, have been arrested.

At about 2 a.m., three people broke into a home in the 200 block of Amylou Circle, Lt. Tanya Anderson said.

Inside the home were the homeowners, their brother-in-law, their son and his girlfriend.

The suspects, who were armed, robbed the homeowners and fled the scene as Holly Springs Police arrived, Anderson said. .
