Last night I had the pleasure of visiting the Roswell Tap. The Tap is also home of Jeff Foxworthy’s Grit Chips. To get started, I tried the grit chips with their awesome house made hummus dips. These wonderful dips will soon be available at your local grocery store. I encourage you to head over to the Roswell Tap and try them out for yourself. My favorite dips are the collard green and bacon and the red pepper. I savored all of that goodness with a moonshine flight and a Peach Tap Tea. Don’t judge me!
Next. I ordered the Shrimp Skewers with a Cilantro Honey and Lime Glaze, Smoked Pork Belly Wantons and the Blazing Basil & Tap “Taser” Wings. Let’s just say that Roswell Tap is now my go to place for Happy Hour. Words cannot explain the flavor party that was going on. I didn’t quite make it to the entrée portion of the menu, which means that I will have to pay them another visit. I noticed that most items are made in house providing an exclusive taste experience found only at the Tap.

I almost forgot to mention that you can listen to live music on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. This is the perfect happy hour spot. They also have a patio out front that gives you that “home away from home” feeling. Additionally, they have an extensive kids menu so you can visit the Roswell Tap without getting snares when you bring the kiddos.
