JOHNS CREEK, GA. (Jan. 30, 2014)—PointClear relocated its corporate headquarters to 6470 East Johns Crossing in Johns Creek, Ga., a north Fulton-county community. The prospect development firm, previously based in Norcross, Ga., made the move to the class-A space in early January. The move was prompted by growing demand for PointClear’s outsourced lead-generation services by technology and other business-to-business companies, and additional space requirements needed to increase staff size by 10% to 20% within the first half of 2014.

“We are pleased to be among the increasing number of technology-related businesses recognizing the technology park area of Johns Creek as a location conducive to growth,” said Dan McDade, president and CEO of PointClear. “Convenient amenities and access to talent were key consideration points for our decision to relocate here.”

With a population of 82,000, Johns Creek is host to more than 2,500 businesses, among them numerous healthcare, financial and security technology companies, including Macy's Integrated Systems, World Financial Group and Movius Interactive Corporation. These firms employ more than 11,000 technology-oriented professionals, according to information published by the city of Johns Creek, and by the Technology Association of Georgia, a 21,000-member organization serving the state’s technology community.

Karla Blalock, PointClear’s chief operating officer, added: “In addition to close proximity to shopping, restaurants and fitness facilities for our current employees, the Johns Creek location was chosen because of access to additional high-quality employees needed by PointClear.” The company currently employs more than 50 professionals, with an average tenure of four years.

“We’re currently recruiting prospect development associates in the area,” Blalock said. She noted that PointClear is seeking degreed professionals with a track record of success in consulting, field sales or pre-sales support. An interest or affinity for technology and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to a well established, reputable firm is required.

Founded in 1997, the company, which prides itself on helping employees achieve a healthy work/life balance, provides extensive training, coaching and development to associates, as well as competitive compensation and benefits.
