I like the atmosphere and the cuts of meat, but the meat must be cooked correctly. I ordered medium rare and got medium well. By now my friend was eating so they tried to rush out another bone in strip and it was burnt on the outside and raw and cold in the middle. So they took it back to cook it some more and it comes out so charred on the outside that it just tasted burnt. So I left not eating a steak. They did comp my steak that was $40 a la carte, but I would have loved to have eaten and paid for it. Instead I left hungry. I will give them one more chance and that is it. If they cannot cook a steak to order then they are done well done.
