Johns Creek Biz Association Awards Scholarships

Jennifer Lucas and Eric Beppler will be recognized at Tuesday meeting.

Two lucky Johns Creek students will each receive a $1,000 scholarship, courtesy of the Johns Creek Business Association.

The group will award the money to Johns Creek High's Jennifer Lucas and Northview's Eric Beppler at their monthly meeting on Tuesday at Osaka Steak and Sushi. Funds for the scholarships were raised at the JCBA’s annual golf tournament.

Lucas is a graduate of Johns Creek High School and plans to attend the University of Georgia, where she will major in biology. While at Johns Creek, she was a member of the varsity track team, JV Competition Cheerleading, yearbook staff, Indian Cultural Exchange Club and the National Honor Society. Her long-term career goal is to become a doctor.
