Former NFLer Issues Fitness Challenge

Junior Glymph wants Johns Creek to get in shape.

A passion for helping others get in shape spurred Johns Creek resident Junior Glymph to found V2R Fitness on Abbotts Bridge Road in Johns Creek after retiring from five years in the NFL.

He uses the expertise he gained during his football years to help others achieve their fitness goals and to hold on to their success.

Glymph says he loves that his classes form a community of sorts, keeping everyone accountable. "We're huge on support," he said.
