Time for Movie and a Cuppa

It’s girlfriend time! The plan: You and your BFF are going to leave the kids in the loving care of your spouse, a grandma, aunt, whomever you choose, and do what  you both have talked about for weeks now, go to the movies and out for a cuppa afterwards.

So, with the declaration of “no more talking, let’s just do it!” you head on out to a movie at and then, to discuss the movie and not rush back home, you’re stopping off at Starbucks for a relaxing cup of coffee.

Getting to the movie a little while before it starts you both head on over to the concession stand to get popcorn and a drink (must haves).

Afterwards, off to just across the parking lot to talk about the movie, which you thoroughly enjoyed, and chit-chat some more. It was so nice to be able to get away, leaving your children in capable hands, and spending some adult, girlfriend time.  So much fun, you decide to do it more often.
