Celebrating a tradition of great food and good times in the community with the 5th Annual Taste of Johns Creek.

 Chattahoochee High School continues tradition with the 5th Annual Taste of Johns Creek. This community-wide event includes many of the past years’ best features including Food and Presentation contests, a fun-filled Kidz Zone and great performances by local artists.

The 5th Annual Taste of Johns Creek takes place Sunday Aug 19th from 4pm – 7pm on the grounds of Chattahoochee High School (5230 Taylor Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30022).  Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door (children 4 yrs and under are free).

Gourmet foods from several local restaurants will be in the spotlight as top chefs share their culinary treats. Business sponsors include Johns Creek Convention & Visitor Bureau, Publix Apron Cooking School, Trader Joe’s, A-1 Driving School, Shell Food Mart, Just Fitness, Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra, Renew Health and Costo.

A sampling of participating restaurants include:

Adobo Taqueria, Azul Agave, Bagel Boys Café, Bamboo Garden, Bassano’s Pizzeria, Chili’s, Cuzi’s, DA Butcher, Egg Harbor, Ipanema, Jet’s Pizza, Kozmo Gastro Pub, Little Caesars Pizza, Marco’s Pizza, On the Border, One Moore Cookie, Outback Steakhouse, Pepperoni’s Tavern, Primo Italian Ice, , Rita’s Italian Ice, Shane’s Rib Shack, Smashburger, 3 Brothers Catering & Events, Yates Sport Bar

Monies raised will benefit the efforts of: the Football team and stadium with new equipment and capital improvements for the 2011 Region and 2010 AAAA state champion Chattahoochee Cougars; and the Cheer Club travel throughout the area for various competitions during the school year.
