Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic and enter the "Best Georgia-Themed Picnic," "Best Autumn-Themed Picnic," and "Best Sports-Themed Picnic" contests. Attendees can bring blankets and folding chairs, but alcohol is not permitted.
Publix is also providing free hot dogs, hamburgers and cold sodas.
