Weekend Garage Sales Bring Gift Ideas

This weekend is the last official weekend before the holidays begin. Smart shoppers can get a jumpstart on their holiday shopping at local garage sales. Many sellers are offering brand new items and gifts at a fraction of the retail price. No one will know where you bought it and you will save money as you shop.

JOHNS CREEK

5455 Hampstead Way, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. Furniture, toys, gifts and more will be available at this multifamily sale.

Stonehaven Lane, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. Decorating items, Legos, furniture and household items will be available. 

300 Leycroft Court, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A wine rack, board games and home accessories will be at the sale. 

ALPHARETTA

1265 Chasewood Trail, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale will offer furniture, home school items and many home decorator items. 

4310 May Apple Drive, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a basement sale with furniture, tools and more. 

3085 Monroe Way, Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a huge blowout sale with multiple families. 

362 Meadow Drive, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. This is a large moving sale with medical equipment, furniture, clothing and more. 

305 Silos Court, Friday, 9 a.m. Small appliances, stuffed animals, books and more will be available. 

2015 Walnut Creek Crossing, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. There will be a lot of baby items for sale. 

2225 Lake Shore Landing, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. The sale will include home accessories, electronics, books and more.

3491 Avensong Village Circle, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a lot of household and children's items. 

Windward's Walnut Creek subdivision, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a neighborhood-wide sale. 

825 Bellemeade Place, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. Many baby items and home accessories will be available. 

ROSWELL

2000 Darien Park Drive, Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vintage music, art, furniture and more will be at this unique sale. 

960 Hickory Oak Hollow, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Antiques and farm equipment will be for sale. 

4622 Wickford Circle, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Many unique household decor items will be available. 

4134 Westchester Crossing, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. Many baby items and home items will be at the sale. 

3004 Tealing Walk, Friday, 9 a.m. to noon, and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale will include Christmas decorations, vintage items and household goods. 

255 Lakemont Drive, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Many kids items, household items, clothes and more will be at the moving sale. 

8910 Martin Road, Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. The sale will include a flat screen TV, a printer, rug and more. 

2787 Long Lake Drive, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale will offer clothes, electronics, clothes and children's items. 

CUMMING

Three Chimneys Farm subdivision, Friday, 8 a.m. This is a huge multifamily sale to benefit a mission trip. 

1015 Summerfield Drive, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids items, kitchen items, home decor and more will be for sale. 

Deer Creek Shores Presbyterian Church, 7620 Lanier Drive, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a church sale and bake sale to benefit a local medical fund.

4065 Delamar Drive, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. Many furniture items and appliances will be available. 

3610 Pilgrim Mill Road, Saturday, 8 a.m. Many items will be sold cheaply at this moving sale.

7500 Fields Drive, Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. Three families are sponsoring the sale that will include new American Girl items and more. 

6680 Buckingham Circle, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dolls, quilts, jewelry and more will be at this unique estate sale. 

4035 Merritt Drive, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. This is a two-family yard sale. 

Evans Farms, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A wide variety of items will be for sale. 

4350 Moorfield Place, Friday and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Included in the sale will be small kitchen appliances, bedding and more. 

1575 Alvecote Court, Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Clothing, furniture and household items will be for sale.
