Johns Creek Players To Present Beauty and the Beast

The Johns Creek Players will pressent Disney’s Beauty and the Beast next month.
The show will run July 10-12 at Johns Creek High School, which sits at 5575 State Bridge Road.
A romantic musical for all generations, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is based on the Academy Award-winning animated film.
One of Broadway’s longest-running musicals, this classic musical love story is filled with unforgettable characters and dazzling production numbers including “Be Our Guest” and the beloved title song.
The Johns Creek Players have been bringing the Johns Creek community together for the past 9 years with large productions of Annie, Hairspray, Footloose and more.
This year’s production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is no different. The cast is made up of more than 30 individuals, ranging from 5 to 65 years old. Among this cast are several family units including the Falite family (Dawn & Ava), the Hogan family (Randy, Keelie, Hayes & Anslie), the Heppler family (Traci & Moriah) and the Mohler family (Lee & Abby).
"I love being a part of this organization and especially appreciate the family atmosphere," said Dawn Falite, an eight-year veteran of the Johns Creek Players. "The kids look forward to making new friends each summer, as well as seeing old ones. It gives me a chance to feed my soul every summer and share that joy with my kids."
Reserved tickets are $20 and are available online only at www.johnscreekplayersonline.com.
General admission ticket prices are $17 for adults and $14 for students/seniors, which are only available through cast members.
Show times are Thursday, July 10 at 7 p.m., Friday, July 11 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, July 12th at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The players will also hold two free events later this month at a national bookstore chain.
Story time with Belle at the Barnes & Noble at The Forum, located at 5414 Peachtree Parkway in Norcross, will be held on June 29.
The event on July 1 will be held at Barnes & Noble at The Collection, located at 410 Peachtree Parkway in Cumming.
Both events will start at 11 a.m.
