1. Charter System Town Hall. If the state approves Fulton County Schools' new charter system proposal, how will that affect your child's educational experience? Two northbound lanes on GA 400 near Haynes Bridge Road will be closed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today in Alpharetta.
