Halloween Hikes at the Chattahoochee Nature Center!

THIS is the Final weekend! Friday and Saturday, October 25 & 26 7-10 PM Don't miss this unique Halloween Adventure. Bring your children on a hike through lighted forest trails where woodland creatures tell tales about their lives. This beloved tradition is an alternative to scary Halloween events. Shane’s Rib Shack will have BBQ on sale for your picnicking pleasure! So plan to join us for a full evening of family adventure! Each group of 20 - 25 people will have a guide lead them safely along the trail, concluding pavilion for refreshments where you’ll meet live native animals. Gather around the bonfire for live musical entertainment. You’ll meet our talented nature-costumed characters including everyone¹s favorites, the Box Turtle and Black Widow Spider. Create fun crafts like bat puppets or mysterious masks and show off your Halloween spirit by wearing your own costume or having your face painted with wild Halloween designs. Ticket sales begin at 6:30 PM each night and end at 9:00 PM. (Trails are not suitable for strollers.)
