While most Department of Driver Services (DDS) driver licensing customer service centers are in good shape, there are a few weather related issues which will affect any customers trying to obtain service today.
(1) The Cartersville, Reidsville, and Athens locations are closed today due to plumbing issues caused by frozen pipes.

(2) There is no heat in Atlanta, Blue Ridge, Dalton, and Decatur. DDS is hoping to maintain office hours utilizing space heaters.

DDS advises that anyone needing driver licensing services at one of these locations, to check for an alternate location at www.dds.ga.gov.
