Northview Titans Play for a Spot in the Playoffs

Friday night at 7:30 the Northview Titans (5-4) will host the Riverwood Raiders (6-3) in a rematch of the 4th game of the season.  The Titans won the previous game 34 – 32 on a touchdown by Devon Johnson as time expired.  The game is a region play-in game for region 7-AAAAA with the winner advancing to the playoffs.  If the Titans win, it will the first time in school history the football team has advanced to the playoffs.

Fans are invited to participate in the pre-game chili cook-off starting at 6 pm.  Attendees can enter a pot of chili to compete for the $50 first place prize or purchase a ticket for $5 to sample the chili and side dishes.  Go to www.touchdowntitans.com for more details on how to enter or purchase tickets.

The game is a “white out” and fans are requested to wear white to support the Titans.
