Boston POPS Coming to Johns Creek?

No, maestro Keith Lockhart and members of the Boston POPs are not coming to Johns Creek  because we have our very own maestro, J. Wayne Baughman who will be conducting the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra (JCSO) and chorus. He has been tuning up the wonderful musicians and singers in preparation for our version of the Holiday POPS. Our performance will be be at St. Benedict's Catholic Church on Parsons Road this Saturday, December 7 at 8pm.  Joining the orchestra and chorus will be the Joe Gransden Quartet, having recently completed their  performance at the Blue Note in New York City.
After our performance we will be celebrating with a champagne desert reception.
Already have plans for the 7th? Then mark your calender for December 21, 2013 at 8pm at the Johns Creek United Methodist Church for a marvelous presentation of Handel's Messiah.
Why not do both? Tickets can be obtained from our website www.johnscreeksymphony.org with info available at 678-748-5802.
Happy Holidays
