"A Place at the Table" Movie Screening

The Atlanta Community Food Bank is hosting a special screening of “A Place at the Table” at AMC Mansell Crossing 14. This is a powerful documentary that lets viewers see hunger through the eyes of food pantry staff, a working mom, dedicated teachers, and a young child trying to stay focused on school and her future. The film offers a rare, in-depth look at the complex issue of hunger in the United States.  Viewers also hear from experts in the field on the causes, and most importantly, solutions to hunger here in the United States.

A brief Q & A with Atlanta Community Food Bank staff will follow the screening. You’ll also learn how you can be involved in the fight against hunger in your community.
