As a part of American Heart Month, Park Place at Newtown School – Johns Creek's Active Adult Center – will host a free "Heart Healthy Living Fair" from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28.
The event, co-sponsored by Emory Johns Creek Hospital, will provide free health screenings (blood pressure, body mass index, blood glucose, spinal alignment, cardiovascular health and more) for Johns Creek residents age 62 and older.
The fair will also offer mini-massages, chiropractic evaluations, a wellness presentation and local Johns Creek vendors showcasing heart-healthy products.

More About Park Place at Newtown School
Park Place at Newtown School is an active adult center of the city of Johns Creek. It offers social and recreational activities for seniors, such as yoga, bridge, book discussions and more. It serves residents of Johns Creek ages 62 and older. The facility is 4,800 square feet and features classrooms, a meeting hall, two large naturally-lit studios, a commercial-grade kitchen and offices. A computer with Internet access also is available.
