 -3 p.m. with former Friends of NESOL Vice President Roger Quinby\; Japan
 ese Folk Toys Exhibit sponsored by the Japanese Consulate of Atlanta in 
 the Teen Center\; an International Doll Exhibit by Friends of NESOL Book
  Cart Chair Barbara McCoy in the Lobby\; and a Heritage World Paper Chai
 n display throughout the Library. Sponsored by Veolia Water Company and 
 the Friends of the NE/Spruill Oaks Library\, all programs are free and o
