The 2011 Chattahoochee High School Soccer State Champions will be holding their annual soccer camp June 25-28 at Chattahoochee High School. The camp will be from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. Monday-Thursday. It will be held in the stadium and instructed by Varsity Head Coach Les Meenan and Varsity Assistant Coach Eduardo Coloma. The camp is a great way for young soccer players to learn about expectations for high school soccer and brush up on their skills for the fall. Also, the fifth-annual "girls only" soccer camp will be held at Chattahoochee May 29-31 from 9 a.m.-noon daily. Georgia Gwinnett College Head Women's Soccer Coach Domenic Martelli will lead the camp, for 6-year-olds to rising 9th graders. The cost is $50 if registered by the May 18th deadline; $60 thereafter and up to opening day. Discounts are available for families with more than one camper. Team discounts are also available. Located adjacent to Taylor Road Middle School, Chattahoochee High is home of the Cougars. It serves some 1,800 students and is a nationally recognized school of excellence.
