This group is primarily for support of those living with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar, as well as conexisting condition like anxiety and OCD. We are a friendly, laid-back group of individuals fouced on managing our illnesses with the support if others that experience the same issues.
Feel free to drop-in anytime during our sessions. There is no pressure to speak in front of the group unless you desire to do so. Our attendees tyrpically are able to share and receive advice from one another. as well as discuss current situations in their lives.
We have a professional advisor who is a local board certified psychiatrist. He attends many of our meetings and is a wonderful resource. We have a diverse group from all walks of life and all ages. From teenages in high school and college students to seniors and everything in between.
