Chattahoochee High School (CHS) will play its first game of the 2012 football season in the Georgia Dome by participating in the Corky Kell Classic on Saturday August 25, 2012. The CHS Cougars, 2010 state champions and 2011 region champions, will play against Kell High School at 9:00 a.m. This game will be followed by four more games, featuring some of the best teams in Georgia. Tickets are $12 in advance ($15 at the door) and are good for the all five games that day – including Grayson vs. McEachern; Colquitt County vs. North Gwinnett; Camden County vs. Peachtree Ridge; Walton vs. Brookwood.

The MetroPCS Corky Kell Classic is the official start of the high school football season in Georgia. More than 25,000 people attended the games in 2011, and an even higher turnout is expected for an expanded day of games this year. Participation in the Corky Kell Classic is by invitation only and it is an honor for a team in our community to be included.

Chattahoochee is hopeful that the local community will come out and support our opening game in the GA Dome on Sat Aug 25 at 9am.

Purchase a ticket from any CHS football player, or at the CHS Main Office or by contacting Mrs. Hillman, 404-435-9263.
