Our beginner 5K and 10K training programs will be beginning VERY soon.
Our 5K training is designed using a walk/run interval program to get you across the finish line in 10 weeks! We meet 2 times a weekly for group runs on Monday & Wednesday at 6pm at the Alpharetta Greenway.
Our 10K program is also a 10 week program training for the Peachtree Road Race (if you got a number) or the Peachtree Corners Festival Road Race (if you didn't get a Peacthree number). We will also meet 2 times a week for group runs at the Alpharetta Greenway on Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm.

More About Fleet Feet Sports
Fleet Feet is located in the Medlock Crossing shopping center at the corner of Medlock Bridge Road and State Bridge Road. The store is in the larger of the center's two buildings, which most prominently features a movie theater. Fleet Feet specializes in selling running shoes, clothing and equipment. They have a detailed shoe fitting process in which a customer's running gait and foot shape are evaluated before a selection of shoes is recommended. The store also sells running clothes for men and women for all seasons.
