On the Fashion Front, by Colleen's Contributor, Mys. Chic
Tanned skin is in. But so is skin cancer. So, instead of laying out in the sun, frying your skin, follow my lead and faux tan. In past years I kept my tan up through daily visits to high-pressure tanning beds.
Now, I subscribe to spray tanning. I go once a week for a year-long healthy glow.
I recommend finding an airbrush tanning salon and asking if they have packages or an unlimited package.
If you want a DIY tan, there are many great products at your local drugstore. I am a fan of the gradual tanning lotions, such as Jergen’s Natural Glow. If you want to try before you buy, Sephora will give you samples of any product. Ask for a few self tanners and try them out to see which formula you like best. I recommend Lorac TANtalizer Deep Body Bronzing Luminizer. Whichever you choose, don’t forget to use the included tanning mitt! If you’re interested in aerosol sprays, Sephora’s house brand is a great buy at $16!
Stay healthy while you stay tan this summer. See you next time on the fashion front.
