Got wedding gifts and other "nice things" stored away for use "someday"?  Why not use today? My glass jar holds dog treats and keeps them handy. There isn't always a fancy cake in the cake dome, but usually there's something for the kids to snack on.  Live for today and enjoy all your nice things - gifts are meant to be used not stored away! Find new and inventive ways to use things.  Think about using a cake plate/pedestal on a bathroom counter to hold beauty products or soap/guest towels.  Every item we own should multi-task as hard as we do!
