Kile Glover, the son of entertainment superstar Usher's ex-wife, reportedly has died after being removed from life support.
According to the Huffington Post, the entertainment website TMZ reported that Glover's mother, Tameka Foster, allegedly made the tough decision after being told that a full recovery was not likely. She is also said to have been unable to pay the medical bills required to keep her son on life support, after the family's insurance company coverage expired.
Glover, 11, was critically injured earlier in July after being hit by a jet ski driven by a family friend. A 15-year-old girl with Glover also was injured. Both were life flighted to Children's Hospital in Atlanta.
A family friend, Jeffrey S. Hubbard, reportedly was driving the jet ski that hit the youths, who were in inner tubes being pulled by a pontoon boat. No charges have been filed, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this accident.
Glover's death would mean that three area youths have died as a result of recent accidents on Lake Lanier. In June, brothers Griffin and Jake Prince of Buford were killed when another boater slammed into a pontoon boat driven by the Princes' father. Paul J. Bennett, a Johns Creek business owner, has been charged with boating under the influence in connection with that accident.

Kile Glover, Usher's ex-wife's son who was critically injured at Lake Lanier earlier in July, may have to be taken off life support, according to media reports.
The entertainment website TMZ has reported that Tameka Raymond will be forced to take her son off life support as early as next month because his insurance coverage is about to expire.
Citing sources, TMZ reported that Raymond can only keep her son, 11, on life-support as long as her insurance company agrees to pay, otherwise she doesn't have the funds to cover the enormous hospital bills.
He has been on life support since a July 6 accident that also injured a female friend, 15. A family friend reportedly ran into the two youths wth a jet ski at Lake Lanier, while the youths were in an inner tube being pulled by a pontoon boat.
Glover reportedly sustained severe head injuries. Jeffrey S. Hubbard, has been identified as the driver. No charges have been filed in the case, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor.

The youth's mother is Tameka Foster Raymond, the ex-wife of entertainment superstar Usher. His father is Ryan Glover, a former executive with Turner Broadcasting and now an executive with Bounce TV, a network that caters to African-Americans.
The Glover family has held vigil at the hospital since Friday. Usher visited Kile early Saturday, but has not returned, according to the CNN reports.
A 15 year old girl also was injured in the accident. Her condition has not been made public.
Jeffrey S. Hubbard, said to be a family friend, has been identified as the man who was driving a personal watercraft that ran into Glover and the girl Friday afternoon. The youths were in an inner tube being pulled by a pontoon boat. No charges have been filed in the case, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
Usher, a Johns Creek resident, is reported to be very upset about the tragedy.

The children were life-flighted to Children's Healthcare at Egleston Hospital, according to 11alive.com. This incident comes just three days after the funeral for the Prince brothers of Buford, who were killed in a Lake Lanier boating collision in June. Also in June, a youth almost lost his leg in a Lanier accident involving a boat propeller.
Several of Usher's associates in the entertainment world have taken to social media for support.
Music mogul Russell Simmons said on Twitter, "Praying that Usher and Tameka's son is OK..."
This comes on the heels of an alleged stalker's arrest and hospitalization after showing up at Usher's Johns Creek home. Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, 26, had previously received a warning to stay away from the star's home.
