State Bridge Crossing Elementary fourth-grade student Hailey Jo submitted artwork for the 2013 Fulton County Water Resources calendar earlier this year. Her submission was selected as a winner and will appear as the July picture in the calendar.
Recently several representatives from the Water Resources Department came to State Bridge Crossing to surprise Hailey and present her with a gift certificate and several copies of the calendar to share with family and friends.
