Do you own a business in Johns Creek? You have until March 31 to submit a business occupation tax return and payment due.

While the city mailed renewal applications the last week in December, failure to receive one does not mean a business doesn't have to pay its tax by the deadline. Late payments are subject to penalty; but the license will be considered on time if postmarked by March 31. The returns can also be presented in person at the city's offices, 12000 Findley Road. (Note that March 31 is a Sunday, and offices are closed that day.)
