Johns Creek Kids Take Top Honors at Tech Fair
First-place students will move on to state fair in March.
Johns Creek students showed their stuff as some of the highest-placing students at Jan. 28's 11th annual Fulton Technology Fair.
The fair encourages students to hone their technical and creative skills.
Nineteen students from Johns Creek schools took first place in everything from digital photography to robotics at the competition, held at Riverwood High School in Sandy Springs.
First-place winners from Johns Creek schools, listed below, will move on to the state competition in Macon on March 10.
- Maryyann Landlord, Northview High School, first place in 3D Modeling for 11th-12th grades
- Raj Srivastava, State Bridge Crossing Elementary School, first place in Animated Graphic Design for 5th-6th grades
- Monisha Narayanan, Chattahoochee High School, first place in Animated Graphic Design for 9th-10th grades
- Anish Narayanan, Northview High School, first place in Animated Graphic Design for 11th-12th grades
- Alexis Hodges, Chattahoochee High School, first place in Digital Photography for 11th-12th grades
- Hayden Mah, Johns Creek High School, first place in Digital Video Editing for 11th-12th grades
- Bryan Washington, Johns Creek High School, first place in Digital Video Editing for 11th-12th grades
- Siddharth Duddikunta, Chattahoochee High School, first place in Individual Programming Challenge for 9th-10th grades
- Sudarshan Muralidhar, Johns Creek High School, first place in Individual Programming Challenge for 11th-12th grades
- Albert Shaw, Chattahoochee High School, first place in Internet Applications for 10th-11th grades
- Haritha Pavuluri, Chattahoochee High School, first place in Internet Applications for 10th-11th grades
- Woo Suk Jang, Northview High School, first place in Multimedia Applications for 9th grade
- Sean Jolley, State Bridge Crossing Elementary School, first place in Non-Animated Graphic Design for 5th-6th grades
- Boidik Chandra, Medlock Bridge Elementary School, first place in Non-Multimedia Applications for 3rd-4th grades
- Komal Shrivastava, River Trail Middle School, first place in Project Programming for 7th-8th grades
- Richard Wang, Northview High School, first place in Project Programming for 9th-10th grades
