JCPD Conducting Sobriety Checkpoints July 4
Traffic stops will be at undisclosed times and locations during the Fourth of July holiday.
If you plan to celebrate the Fourth of July at a friends' cookout or neighborhood fireworks display, be careful. The Johns Creek Police Department plans to hold sobriety checkpoints during the Fourth of July holiday at undisclosed times and locations throughout the city.
So be sure you are sober before getting behind the wheel, have a designated driver or call a cab.

I thought by law, that the checkpoint has do be disclosed 24 hours before it begins. Otherwise it becomes inadmissiable in court and all charges must be dropped.
