Fulton County Holding School Supply Drive

Residents asked to donate needed items.

 

The Fulton County Office of the Child Attorney is hosting a summer school supply drive for the 2012-2013 academic year and is asking citizens and county employees to help make the school year a successful one for students by donating necessary items. 

For this academic school year, students need the following school supplies:         

  • No. 2 pencils
  • Red, blue and black pens
  • Glue sticks
  • Scissors
  • Rulers
  • 1-inch binders
  • Highlighters
  • Pocket dictionary
  • Thesaurus
  • Subject dividers
  • Pocket folders
  • Markers
  • Hand sanitizer
  • White correction fluid (White-Out)
  • Mechanical pencils
  • Lined notebooks
  • Agenda/student planner
  • Construction paper
  • Index cards
  • College-ruled paper
  • Composition books
  • Book bags
  • Notebook paper
  • Pink/white erasers

Items can be brought to the Fulton County Juvenile Courthouse - first floor lobby (place donations in the donation barrel), 395 Pryor St., Atlanta 30312. Drop-off is through Aug. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 404-613-4635.
