Students and staff at Findley Oaks Elementary, where the school mascot is a Falcon, went all out to show their support for the Atlanta Falcons as the team headed into the NFC Championship Game. The halls and classrooms were decorated in red and black, with Falcons banners hung throughout the building. Students and staff decked out in Falcons gear, and red and black clothing.

A special presentation on the morning announcement television program encouraged everyone to “Rise Up” to support their hometown team. The Falcon Fever culminated with a school-wide “Rally to Rise Up” led by Diane Clark’s fourth grade Class. The class wrote their own cheer for the Atlanta Falcons that celebrated the team’s hard work to make it to the championship game.
