Blotter: Gas Stolen from Car; Prescription Stolen from Mail

The following information was supplied by the Johns Creek Police Department.

Thefts

On Nov. 16 a resident on Dominion Way told police that when she checked her mail, she found an envelope from her child's pediatrician torn in half and its contents missing. She said that the envelope should have contained a prescription for a 90-day supply of Adderall. The resident stated that she suspects the mail was delivered in tact, and that someone who knows her family targeted them specifically to steal the prescription.

On Nov. 16 a resident on Anaheim Drive told police that someone drilled a hole in the gas tank of his vehicle and that an undisclosed amount of gasoline was missing. The vehicle was parked in the driveway at the time it was damaged. The resident was at a car dealer for repairs when the service manager notified him of the damage.

On Nov. 17 a customer at LA Fitness on Medlock Bridge Road reported his locker broken into and wallet stolen.

Vehicle Break-Ins

On Nov. 13 a vehicle on Kennebec Way was reported broken into. A Nike golf bag containing Nike clubs and a wallet were stolen.

On Nov. 15 a vehicle on Coacoochee Terrace was reported broken into. A digital camera, GPS unit and cash were reported stolen.

On Nov. 17 a vehicle at Camden River Apartments on State Bridge Road was reported broken into. A GPS unit was reported stolen.
