1. Heritage Day. Autrey Mill Nature Preserve celebrates the local history of Johns Creek with its annual Heritage Day, featuring demonstrations, activities, tours and more. Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2. Hazardous Waste Disposal. Johns Creek's Hazardous Waste Collection Day allows residents to get rid of items such as paint, herbicide and electronics for free. Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Home Depot parking lot.
