The Chattahoochee Cougars had an impressive victory Thursday night over the Centennial Knights. Both teams needed to win this last scheduled game of the regular season to advance to the first round of play-offs for AAAAAA.

It was a hard fought battle with the lead changing between the two teams several times. The 4th quarter produced a lot of excitement for the Cougars who scored twice to secure the win.

Chattahoochee advances to the first round of play-offs with the anticipated opponent of Norcross High School. This is the third year in a row in which the Cougars advance to the play-offs. They won the AAAA State Championship in 2010.
