The Chattahoochee Cougars played their last home game of the regular season on Friday night and won convincingly. The Cougars took on the Lambert Longhorns and had an impressive win of 48 to 14, to bring their record to 6-3.

That evening the Cougars celebrated Senior Night, recognizing seniors from all the Fall sports, including 19 graduating senior football players.

The Cougar defense took charge in the first half by not allowing the Longhorns to gain a first down. The Cougar offense scored on several long drives and the last score came from a 100 yard fumble return by Senior Corner back Justin Jackson with less than 2 minutes left in the game.

The last game on the Cougars regular season schedule will be next Thursday night at 7pm, when Hooch travels to Roswell to take on the Centennial Knights. The game will televised on WSB-TV.
